1987 Photos by Anne (Tolmasoff) Strubar and daughter Rose, from Oregon.
With memories of her grandfather's descriptions of their family's life and history in Kars oblast, Anne was able to find his house, great-grandfather's orchard (surrounded by a stone wall he built), and many Molokan sites. These photos are form their scrapbook of that trip and from Rose's return trup in 1989. Rose was working in Turkey with a religious organization. Anne came to visit Rose and visit Kars.Photos:
